Hotel staff was hospitable and property was spotless. Little property in Windermere, gorgeous location near a family run art gallery. We had a very special stay, so nothing too much trouble.

Delightful stuff and a savoury breakfast including lots of cereals, bread and pancakes. Silent room with balcony, soundproof windows and openable French windows for a such great stay. The service was exceptional, totally satisfied. Riverside location, within walking distance of Cook House Gallery.

I loved the superb interior and the free wifi. Breakfast was plentiful, with plenty of meals. The facilities in the executive double room were modern, beds were big. Tidy hotel and friendly service.

Thank you for the wonderful stay. Spotless unit. In addition, free Wi Fi was handy. We were in a GREAT location. We loved sensational breakfast selection.

The location was favourable, and the car parking was an excellent bonus. Personnel was lovely. Besides, we parked our car on site. Really enjoyed it.

TBH, the room was small, we expected better. Our bed was too soft.
